Terms of Service

Last updated August 31, 2026

These terms cover the website at jwillnuhh.com and NUHH ClipForge, the first-party tool THE NUHH uses to turn his own Twitch streams into short clips and publish them to his own social accounts (including TikTok and YouTube). By using the site or the app you agree to these terms.

1 · What NUHH ClipForge is

NUHH ClipForge is a personal, single-user content tool run by THE NUHH on his own computer. It reads THE NUHH's own Twitch videos and clips, cuts them into short-form clips with matching game artwork, writes a feed that powers the clips section of this site, and sends those clips to his own connected social accounts. On TikTok it uploads clips as drafts with Direct Post off — he reviews and publishes each one by hand, nothing is posted automatically — and its access can be revoked at any time. It is not a public service and does not create accounts for, or act on behalf of, anyone else.

2 · Who can use this site

The site is a fan hub for THE NUHH's stream — schedules, the game Vault, voting, predictions, and clips. You may browse and take part in the interactive features (voting, predictions, NUHH Tokens) for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Some features ask you to sign in with Twitch or Discord; you're responsible for activity under your login.

3 · Acceptable use

  • Don't abuse, spam, or attempt to manipulate voting, predictions, or token balances.
  • Don't try to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the site or its APIs.
  • Don't use the site to harass others or post unlawful content where it's allowed.
  • Don't misrepresent your identity or impersonate THE NUHH or the site.

We may remove content or restrict access that breaks these rules.

4 · Content and intellectual property

Clips, artwork, branding, and site content are owned by THE NUHH or their respective rights holders. Game titles, box art, and console names belong to their publishers and appear here for identification and commentary. You may share links to public pages and clips; you may not repackage or resell site content as your own.

5 · Third-party platforms

The site and ClipForge connect to third-party platforms — Twitch, Discord, TikTok, and YouTube — each governed by its own terms. ClipForge acts only within the permissions THE NUHH grants for his own accounts and follows those platforms' developer policies. Your use of any linked platform is subject to that platform's terms, not ours.

6 · Virtual items

NUHH Tokens, predictions, badges, and similar features are for fun and community engagement only. They have no cash value, can't be bought, sold, or redeemed for money, and may be adjusted or reset as the season changes.

7 · Disclaimers & liability

The site and app are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the site will always be available, accurate, or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, THE NUHH is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or app.

8 · Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site and ClipForge evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
